What I can do for you... Initially I will sit you down and give you a full health check to make sure you are ready for exercise, then, if everything is ok we can move on to the next step where I will take all of your measurements (height, weight, body fat percentage, body mass index, waist to hip ratio, blood pressure, and more).
Next I will go through your results with you in a completely professional manner and help you to decide what your long and short term goals are. By using the information gathered and making it relevant to your lifestyle and time, I will provide you with a personalised programme that you can also use outside of hours with me. From here on I take you through every exercise in great detail, showing you the tricks of the trade and motivating you to push yourself to a safe and comfortable, but efficient place in order to make the best of your time with me.
I can push you as hard or as little as you would like, but one way or another I will get you results! Using advanced software I will analyse your five day food diary in order to give you guidance towards a good, nutritious diet that you can easily stick to, a diet that takes into consideration that nobody is perfect!
